SELLING YOUR HOME?
If you are selling your home, your title agent or buyer will need to contact our Treasurer, Kevin Wilkins, for an “estoppel letter” confirming that dues are current and there are no outstanding claims against the home by the Association. Requests may be mailed to LHOHA, P.O. Box 271411, Tampa FL 33688, or for convenience’s sake, faxed to Kevin at 264-2646 or email kevinwilkinslho@tampabay.rr.com.
If you are selling your home and you do not have a copy of the Deed Restrictions, the Buyer or Title Agent may request a copy from the Treasurer or obtain a copy on our website under “Regulatory”.
