Requests may be mailed to LHOHA, P.O. Box 271411, Tampa, FL 33688 or email kevinwilkinslho@tampabay.rr.com

If you are selling your home and you do not have a copy of the Deed Restrictions, the Buyer or Title Agent may request a copy from the Treasurer or obtain a copy on our web site under “Regulatory”.

Annual due amounts vary year to year but most recently have averaged around $300 per year. The dues are paid annually at the beginning of each calendar year.

Dues pay for maintenance and improvements to the LHO entrances and common spaces including the Robert Barnes Park. Dues also fund the community events hosted by LHO.

Repairs and updates help keep the value of homes in our neighborhood and we encourage improvements. If you are doing anything to the exterior of your home, please contact the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and submit an improvement form so we can ensure your plans fall within the standards of the neighborhood. Please visit the ACC page for more information.

Trash and recycling services are provided by Hillsborough County. Trash goes in the gray container and is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling goes in the blue container and is picked up on Thursdays. Yard waste should be placed in yard waste containers or stacked neatly at the end of your driveway for pickup on Thursdays.

Please promptly store away your garbage, recycling, and yard waste containers after pick up. Deed restrictions require them to be stored out of sight (e.g. in the garage, behind a fence)

Please visit the Hillsborough County Trash and Recycling webpage for further details.
